Is there a minimum order quantity for custom printing?
Never. All of our products are available for custom printing with no order minimum. While we do offer discounts for larger quantity orders, you are never required to purchase more than a single case.
Do you offer design help?
We cannot create a logo for you but we will gladly assist with making yours print ready. We will remove white backgrounds, adjust spot colors, and adjust layout/sizing all at no additional charge to ensure the highest quality print. If you don't have a high resolution or vector version of your logo, we can create one for you for a small fee.
My logo has multiple colors. Are you able to print more than one color?
Yes, all of our custom products are available with mult-color printing.
Will I get to see a proof before my order ships?
Yes. We provide proofs via email for all first time orders typically within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once you receive the proof you will have the opportunity to make changes if necessary or approve it to send to print.
How soon will my order arrive?
Lead times vary by product category. For the most up to date information regarding lead time estimates can be found under the "Lead Time" heading on each product page.
Are there any additional fees associated with custom printing?
There are no additional fees for custom sleeves or hot cups. Custom plastic cups do incur a one-time $75 plate fee that is charged for the first order only.
Are you able to print a design on the entire sleeve (i.e. custom background color)
Yes, we are able to print full bleed designs on the entire sleeve. Our full bleed print service can be found here.
