US based disposable manufacturers are continuing to experience unprecedented levels of demand resulting from a number of factors including the continued re-opening of businesses across the country as well as severe supply chain disruptions in both domestic and international markets.
We're thrilled to see so many of our customers thriving during this time and are thankful that so many new customers have chosen Sleeve Supply in recent months.
In response to the rapidly growing demand we have implemented the following changes:

US based disposable manufacturers are continuing to experience unprecedented levels of demand resulting from a number of factors including the continued re-opening of businesses across the country as well as severe supply chain disruptions in both domestic and international markets.
We're thrilled to see so many of our customers thriving during this time and are thankful that so many new customers have chosen Sleeve Supply in recent months.
In response to the rapidly growing demand we have implemented the following changes:
- Increased the size of our production and customer support staff by just over 50% since the start of 2021 and will be continuing to do so over the coming months.
- Expanded production to include a third shift on all weekdays and added additional production hours on both weekend days.
- Temporarily added weekend customer support to help reduce response times.
- Completed the addition of several thousand square feet of additional production space and are working with our equipment manufacturing partners to bring new production lines online as quickly as possible.
- We are working closely UPS as well our partnered freight carriers in efforts to increase capacity processing speed of outbound shipments.
Although the past year has presented us with raw material cost increases of up to 120% and domestic shipping increases up to 50%, we remain committed to being your low cost supplier for all custom disposables. We have absorbed all of these costs to date and have no plans to increase pricing at this time.
As we continue to adjust to the current climate, we ask customers to please allow for additional processing time for all custom items at this time. All custom orders are processed in the order they are received. We do not offer a "rush" or "jump the line" option of any kind.
While these issues are affecting all suppliers across the entire industry, please know that Sleeve Supply is taking every step possible to ensure that we remain your lowest priced, lowest minimum, and quickest lead time option for all custom cups and sleeves.
